When my only child left for the military and other life changes followed, I found myself feeling lost and disconnected. I decided to attend a retreat in Sedona, AZ, seeking answers. What I found instead was a deeper understanding of myself and a profound shift in my energy.

This experience changed not only my perspective but also my relationships, stress levels, and overall sense of peace. I realized that some relationships, jobs, and situations no longer served my journey. Though it was uncomfortable at first, I saw it as a redirection to my true calling—living a peaceful, joyful, and loving life.
